CoGatherings

Our Story

Crafting the extraordinary, one event at a time.

Co.gatherings Events Group was founded in London in 2006 by Victoria Ashworth, a former government events director with an unshakeable belief that corporate occasions deserved the same creative ambition as the world’s great cultural institutions.

What began as a four-person studio in St James’s has grown into a global agency with offices in London, Dubai, and New York — and a portfolio that spans 340 events across 62 countries, from intimate board dinners in private Mayfair dining rooms to charity galas raising millions for global causes.

Our philosophy has never changed: every event is a story. We are the authors. And we take that responsibility — to the client, to the guests, and to the moment — with absolute seriousness.

Victoria Ashworth

Founder & Creative Director

Victoria Ashworth founded Co.gatherings Events Group in 2006 on a conviction that the corporate world deserved the same creative ambition as its cultural counterpart. Her early career spanned a decade of high-stakes live events — first as a junior producer for the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, then as Head of Events at Sotheby’s, where she oversaw the auction house’s global gala programme.

That dual education — in government precision and art world aesthetic — gave Victoria a singular perspective: that an event could be both operationally flawless and genuinely beautiful. With four colleagues and a small studio in St James’s, she set out to prove it.

Eighteen years on, Victoria continues to personally art-direct Luminary’s most prestigious commissions. She is involved in every founding brief and reviews every creative concept before it reaches the client. Her influence is present in each event the agency delivers — in the weight of the silence before a keynote, in the arc of a fundraising evening, in the exact temperature of the room when 400 guests take their seats.

What We Believe

The principles that guide every event.

These aren’t values we invented for a website. They are the convictions that drive every decision we make — from a first briefing call to the moment the last guest leaves the room.

01

Precision

Every detail is considered, every contingency planned. We treat each event as a complex system where nothing is left to chance and everything is exactly where it should be.

02

Artistry

We believe corporate events can be genuinely beautiful. We bring the same aesthetic rigour to an intimate board dinner as to a gala for a thousand guests.

03

Discretion

We work with some of the world’s most recognisable brands and individuals. Their trust — and their privacy — is our most prized possession.

04

Partnership

We don’t take briefs. We build relationships. Our clients return because we make them feel heard, genuinely understood, and valued as long-term collaborators.

05

Legacy

Every event we create is designed to endure in memory. We don’t just deliver a programme — we craft a narrative that guests carry with them long after the evening ends.
